According to the National Police of China, 67 members of the large international criminal band dealing with Chinese drug sales at the territory of Spain, were arrested by the drug officers.
“Kai Xing Guo”, the drug with the strongest psychoactive effect, along with other drugs, was seized from the suspects. Spanish police knew almost nothing about this drug, even though it was already largely widespread in China. The price of “Kai Xing Guo” is more than three times higher in comparison with cocaine’s price, however the high demand on the first one has never been decreased among the Chinese diaspora in Madrid, Leganes and Parle.
The mafia had 2 methods of drug delivery to Spain that secured one another by providing the continuous shipping. According to the first method, drugs, hidden in the juice packs, were delivered from the ports of Holland on the private cars of Chinese businessmen. Along with this drug, they also delivered methamphetamine, MDMA (Ecstasy) and ketamine.
The second method was based on the mail delivery from China to the receivers in Spain. Suspects mentioned the only problem of this method: each letter could contain no more than 900 grams of the drug.
It was investigated that final customers were found by the drug dealers mainly in the night clubs, karaoke bars and brothels.
