"Osaka Voluntary Action Center” (OVAC) was established at 1965.
"Volunteer Introductory Courses” was opened as the first volunteer course in Japan. Since then, they have been providing various kind of training & educational courses for volunteers and have been engaged in citizen activities.
"I think your project is interesting and I will spread information about it in volunteer society of Osaka," - said Mr. Sato, volunteer coordinator of OVAC.
